Regarding the door lock issue, as soon as we became aware, our team promptly scheduled and completed the necessary repairs, and the doors are now functioning properly. The water issue has also been a priority, and while final repairs are nearly complete, we want to assure you that any disruptions have been brief and communicated to residents.
